The dome fans need to be functional. These did work at one time, but no longer
seem to be operational.
They should run when the inside temperature is substantially different from
the outside temperature.
When the dome opens at night, they should run for something like 2 minutes,
to move the air from the dome.
Likewise, it would be good if they came on and ran whenever the CCD is
on pause from taking images (like when the telescope is slewing to a new
target), to refresh the air.
